If you are shy, you should take advantage of our message box feature and leave your match a note. If you are comfortable enough, you should send your match an email as contact information will be provided to you along with the results. By receiving your match's contact, you are a step closer to meeting him/her again.

Answer is no. We do not pre-screen participants and we only bring you together to meet each other. We provide your match(es)' contact information to you; however, we are not responsible for actions that each participant takes.

We are more than willing to refund your registration fee when a 72-hour notice of cancellation is given. We are not able to give refunds on less than 72 hours notice. This policy allows us to ensure a good balance of participants at each event. However, if you learn that you cannot make the event in less than 72 hours, please do inform us and we will try our best to let you re-register for another event that suits your schedule.
